A very dumb question. I need to find out how to answer the question 13 on the form DS-157

List all Professional, Social and Charitable Organizations to which You Belong (Belonged) or Contribute (Contributed) or with Which You Work (Have Worked)

What does the US Department of State expect as an answer.

DC phone number?

I saw some previous posts where members have mentioned they called DC and checked their revaildation status... whats the number to call in DC?

I submitted mine on Aug 11th for revalidation.. need to go to India by late Nov ... ((
