Help with convincing my HR about EB-2 vs EB-3 advantages.

My company has employed an in-experienced immigrationm lawyer to do my GC. I have put in a lot of effort in convincing my HR about the incompetencies of the lawyer and have tried steering them towards an experienced law-firm but my efforts were turned down.

Here is my problem, I hold MS in Comp.science with 3 years post-MS experience and my current job description also suited for an EB-2 application, at the time of my joining. Recently, due to lack of skilled tech.professionals the HR has modified the job descriptions relaxing the requirements, there by jeopardizing my application. Now as per the latest job requirements (which may change in future) my application no longer qualifies to file under EB-2. I am getting no help from my lawyer as she convinced HR that there are no benefits in EB-2 vs EB-3.

My manager has agreed to stand for me for EB-2, if I can bring him some written documentation from another law-firm that explained the various benefits (processing times, facts etc) of EB-2 in comparision with EB-3, so that he can go back to the HR and convince them with the facts presented.

I was wondering if you knew of any one who would be able to help me as this means a lot to me and my wife. I am stuck for a long time trying to get this resolved. Your help and reading this note is appreciated.

There are tons of articles in http://www.murthy.com that explain benefits of EB2 especially for Indian/ Chinese nationals. Send the links of those articles to your boss and HR and they may understand your problem.
