My husband has his interview in ciudad jaurez, mexico on June 28th. In 2000 when he was a minor, he tried to come into the us illegally. He entered illegally again in 2005, when we met and got married. He left the country within 180 days of his arrival, and I applied for him shortly after he left. Should we disclose the information that he tried to come in and was caught at the border, or should we not say anything about it? Also what should we expect at the interview?

Chances are the interviewing officer will know about him being caught at the border. If you lie, the consequences will be dire. Never lie.
There is a lawyer who has free chats every wednesday at 11am who seems to be familiar with jaurez and you may benefit from asking her what you could expect. http://visacentral.net/ Her website also has lots of info about illegal entries, waivers etc.

If you find he needs a waiver here is some information on the I-601 waiver for Jaurez and general waiver information
