PLEASE HELP,
My husbands green card is approved . so my status is adjustment of status now. In the from it asks for my status in US. however there is no space to completely write adjustment of status. Can i write shortform AOS.
also it asks "if not a permanent resident stay expires on ____" it asks for a date.
what should i fill since i am on AOS and last i entered on H4 in 2004 and that I_94 date is expired. also since my hushands GC is approved my H4 is invalid.
pls help as to what should i write in the above 2 sections.
