Your help is needed here:
My EAD expires by the end of year 2010
I-140 process is pending
1-485 process is pending
Currently, i am not using EAD to work and using h1b visa to work
My wife is on h4 visa and not using EAD.
Need to change my address using AR-11 form.
Not sure what to fill in the form for these questions
a) "I am in united states as a " ....
b) "I work for ..."
c) "If not a permanent resident my stay in US expires on" -- do I use the i-94 expiry or the expiry date mentioned on the EAD.
