Help with appointment at Nogales for H1 & H4 stamping

Hi,

I am planning to get my H1 and H4 visa stamped at Nogales US consulate.

I am in Los Angeles on my 9th year of H1B visa and have my 3 years visa approved based on I -140.

Could you please help me with the procedure to make appointment at Nogales for H1B and H4 stamping?

Where should I make the appointments?

How do I get the receipt?


Is it a good idea to drive from Los Angeles with kids or should I fly?
