help with advise pls..
i am on B1/B2 visa until May 09, my I-94 expired in December 08 . In October I have applied for extension to stay, didnt hear from them yet. Do i need to post supporting docs when i hear from them ?
i want to become a student and can i apply for student visa being in USA ?

hello marinavin!
if u have been maintaining ur status and have strong document supporting ur purpose of changing to student visa then it is possible to change ur status from B2 to F1.
