I need to renew my EAD, and on the recent application, there is a memo about sending application to Chicago even for C9 (pending 485), which is effective from Dec.1 2004.
Does it mean that all applicants for pending 485 need to send the document to Chicago? I applied for 485 after my wife's 140 got approved, and it's still in vermont.
