I just submitted I-140 and 485 last month, both not approved yet, just found out my whole deparment will spin off to be a new company. I have to choose either to work for that new company or get laid off.
If I choose to work for that new company, what will happen to my Green Card application process? Will I be able to continue what I am now (with my I 140 and 485 submitted etc)? What are the things I may be able to do to make that happen if that's a possiblity?
