Help: What Should I do?

I filed my I485 (EB2, from China) in Jan 2003. But up to now I have not heard anything about the approval. I took my biometrics last Aug and was told that I should get approval notice within one month. But that did not happen. I got my third finger printing in the past March. I felt so frusrated about this and though a senator's office, I learned FBI started to work on name check for my case in March 2003 and they still work on it. I dont know how long I will wait. Could someone tell me what I should do? Go to court...? Thanks a lot.
 
You are definitely not alone. Either wait or fight :-(

Many people have brought up this name check issue at various occasions but it has yet attracted enough attention from legislation or even our own immigrationvoice.org, simply because many people have yet gone to the step of filing I-485. We need to press harder, to your senators / congressmen, to your employer, to immigrationvoice.org, etc. If this does not get resolved, sooner or later it will bite everybody.
