I140 gurus, I need your help. I have finally crossed the LC hurdle. I will be applying for my I-140 at the NSC soon. I will doing EB3 with the CP option since I am not in the US. Hence, I have compiled the following list of docs that I think would be needed. Could you confirm if the list is exhaustive or if I missed anything.
1. Educational certificates including certifications
2. Letters of Experience/ Reference letters from past colleagues
3. Audited financial statement. My co. has <100 employees. What kind of auditor needs to do this, a CPA?
Also, I think my LC mentioned EB3, so does my I140 have to be in the same category?
I did provide all my educ. docs and some experience letters with my LC. Will those exp. letters suffice?
How much time does it take to process 140 now at NSC in the EB3 category? The current dates suggest 9 months.
Where do the medicals come in? At the CP stage?
In the I140, what should I show as my perm address for CP. I am a canadian resident (PR) but citizen of India. I would prefer to do it here in Canada.
