I am posting again to ask for your opinions regarding the situation I am in now.
The last day of my previous job was June 4, 2005 (I'm on H1 visa). Having no job offer and to be on status, I sent COS H1 to H4 (my husband is H1) May 25. Recently, I got a job offer and my H1 transfer was mailed to INS July 14. Yesterday, I received in the mail that my COS to H4 was approved July 13.
Questions:
1. How does the approval of my H4 affect my H1 transfer application?
2. What are my options? My new employment will start Aug. 1.
I hope someone can help me.
