Help: What are my options now with VSC

I am in a strange situation. My attorney says he submitted the 140 application with EB3 category with ND MAR-28-2003. I was looking at the Receipt it says EB2 ( Mean it says Sec.203(b)(2) ) . I am confused now ??? What should I be doing now. My Attorney says let us wait until they process the application. Shall I wait or can we change it to EB3 (since my labor is for EB3 ). Please help.

Could be BCIS receipt error and you are still EB3 on paper.

1. Are you at risk about losing job with your current employer? Do you
plan to stay with them for 3-6m?
2. Will your current employer support you for RFE's?

Consult another attorney on this issue.
