I am still waiting for my I 140 approval with no hope of seeing it in near future. I am in my 7th year H1B which is valid until Oct 2006. Now can I go to another company on H1 transfer and start a new labor under PERM? The reason I want to do this is, the I 140 RFE was on company's ability to pay. I don't want to start another labor from the same company.
Any suggestion is greatly appreciated.
