Hi GUys ,

My case is I was on company A then transfered h1 and got H1 of company B. after working for sometime company C gave me permanent offer and h1 came through. but i had to go to india for some personal problems. I didnt join C yet i was planning to join them after coming back. Now I came back from india after 3 months and wanted to join company C. They informed me that since they wanted somene urgently they offred that job to a different person. SO i came on Company C h1 but am out of job. Is there a way i can go back to company A.
Whats the procedure for that. Please help me. Since i am no longer with company C i will b out of status .since my comany A H1 is not cancelled i want to go back on it.
Please advise me.

Can i revert back to Company A.
 
There is no difficultyin this case ..You can always go back to your Company A. As long as they are holding your H1. and ask them to put you in payrole the day you landed in usa..
It doesnot matter whether you came on which company H1. It matters only on what company you are working and what company payslips you are getting ..Keep and make sure you get payslips from company A.
