Hi, Ok i have a very strange situation here, But i will try to explain so some of you can answer that for me. My parents filed petiton for me and i was unmarried that time. My parents became USC and the status of my petition got changed. I got married during that time, now my wife and my daughter are in India. Wanted to know if my parents can file a petition(I-130) for my daughter, since i do not have enough income. Do you think this is a problem. Or is there any other answer for this question.

A USC cannot file I-130 for a grand-child if thats what you are asking...
