I have one question. My labor is applied recently in washington DC area. and i have 18 months more to complete my 6 yrs h1 period.
In DC area it take couple of yrs to get ur labor cleared, i was kinda concerned about it.
Should the federal labor be cleared in order for me to b in the US for period exceeding 6 yrs of H1. Or is it enough to apply labor for more than 1 year?
Also how long it usually take to get GC if my finace is a GC holder? we will b getting married soon.
