Help wanted. I-485 pending for 4 yrs

I485 filed in Aug, 2001, Nd in Sep, 2001, Forward to St. Paul in Oct, 2002.
In Apr 2003, St. Paul sent a letter for letter of clearance from local police.
I sent all of the information INS requested back in the same months.
Checked the status in Oct 2003, OCT 2004, FEB, 2005. answer was that pending for security check.

I file privacy act request in Apr 27, 2005 and get no records letter today.
What should I do next?
