Does anybody have any experieces with the waiver on inadmissibility for the 10 year or 3 yr bar.
I am currently in process for a GC thru my wife who is a US citizen.But I left the country to get canadian landing status and then came back to the us (inspected). But that posed the 10 yrae bar on me.Now I am up for interview in a few weeks for my adjustment of status.My attorney says I have chances for the waiver with proving extreme hardship to my family if I was made to leave.I have looked everywhere but seen no stories of a waiver situation.Looks like nobody ever made it.If anybody can share advice or give some input I would greatly appreciate it.
