HELP : waiting over 25 days, still No receipt for Ext EAD and AP

I have applied my extension for EAD and AP 25 days before through courier. Still my cheques is not cleared. Want to apply before 90 days in case if it is not approved in time i can get Interim EAD. Waited unitl today still my cheques are not cleared.

What are my options ,

Can i call USCIS with A#?

Please someone can help me on this
 
Hi which forms do you use for extension of EAD and AP. How many months before AP and EAD expire can you apply for renewal.
