HELP waiting over 25 days no receipt or Cheques cashed

I have applied my extension for EAD and AP 25 days before through courier. Still my cheques is not cleared. Want to apply before 90 days in case if it is not approved in time i can get Interim EAD. Waited unitl today still my cheques are not cleared.

What are my options ,

Can i call USCIS with A#?

Please someone can help me on this
 
Yes, call directly the service center where you applied. An uncleared check often means your application has gotten lost. I personally experienced this -- my case was worse, though, as the lost application packet included the labor cert., yes, the original! (It took months and the intervention by a powerful senator in my state to have the problem fixed) Of course, in your case, it's just for EAD, and it should be much easier to have it fixed.
