hi iam minesh patel from india.. i got multiple entry F1 visa before 5 months i went to USA for my study.. but bacause of my personal reason i returned back to india.. within 15 days so i not enrolled in university term.. when i leave USa i met with my international student advisior for leave ..they took my i-20 and issued new I-20 of fall 2006 term with 3rd page of I-20 signed by him for reentry.. even after 5+ months in new i-20 they mentinoned that i am on authorized leave for 5+ months with my old sevis number.. they said that u have to pay only new sevis fee and no need to get visa
but when i inquired in visa consulate they said that if u have new I-20 or if u r residing outside USa for 5+ months then u ned to get visa..
can i reenter without new visa or is it required ? my visa expired after 4 yeras ..
what can i do in this sitution ?
if possible give me email address of any imigration officer...
