Need Help to start for EB2-NIW
I found this forum a week ago and I've learned a lot from it. I have a few questions about starting my case. Here is my brief credentials:
1- PhD and MSE from US, MSc and BSc from my country all in Electrical Engineering.
2- 10 conference papers and 10 journal papers (one is being reviewed) in high impact factor journals. 5 citations, 2 of them are self citations.
3- 2 outstanding graduate student awards from my PhD program, 2 years dean's list, 2 outstanding student awards from my first MSc and BS.
4- Listed in Marquis Who's Who in America and Marquis Who's Who in Science and Engineering.
5- Life member of two honor societies (not pay-and-become-member ones)
6- I can get at least 5 reference letters from US, 3 from my professors, 2 from others who don't know me.
My questions:
1- Do I have any chance for EB2-NIW considering low number of citations?
2- Right now I cannot afford a lawyer so I need a DIY-kit or something like that. Is there any good one on the internet? I know that you cannot mention DIY-kit names here, so I would appreciate if you send a PM to me.
