Help to fill out AR11

Hi ,

I HAVE recently relocated to a new Place and I am in the process of filing AR11 (Change of ADDRESS) can any one tell me what do we fill for:

1.Status (I am currently working with my EAD)

2.Expiration of stay( in US if not permanent Resident) (Can I put the expiration of EAD as the deadline to stay in US since my H1 is no longer valid because I used my EAD)


Appreciate a quick response since I have only 10 days.

Also can anyone let me know what really happens to my GC process now??Would it get transfererd ???I moved from VA to Chicago.

My RD is Jan 02.

Your status is I-485 adjustee
Validiity :Not applicable (as you can be here as long as your case is decided)

Dont worry about the 10 day limit. Ever since the law was reenacted they have recd 700k applications and they are swamped.

However send it on time with Acknowledgement from US Mail

Also, call VSC 802-527-4913 and tell the IIO about the change. They will update it immediately. Also, in case your spouse is affected make sure he/she also talks to the IIO with his/her address change.

You will be in great shape.
