Help to clarify this point for my NIW/RFE

I have posted my NIW/RFE a few weeks ago and I got a few replies, which are very helpful.

I still have hard time to clarify the point #4 (below). Can anyone shed some lights please?

4. You must persuasively demonstrate that the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required. You must demonstrate that it would be contrary to the national interest to potentially deprive the prospective employer of your services by making available to U.S. workers the position you seek. If self-employed, you must also establish the national interest would be adversely affected if a labor certification were required.

My RFE was framed somewhat differently. Maybe these questions will provide a clue as to the evidence you need to provide.

Q. Would a US worker with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar degree?

A. You need to differentiate your skills from the mainstream.

Q. How will you service the national interest to a substantially greater degree than other individuals in the field?

A. Sell yourself over others.

Q. Do you possess any skills, knowledge or abilities that could not be articulated on a labor certification?

A. What makes you unique. Remember however that a shortage of a particular skill should not be argued as a reason (as this will lead to the requirement for LC). You need to concentrate on YOUR skills not just the field of your endeavour.

bmh.in.oz made some good points.
When you try to incorporate "Do you possess any skills, knowledge or abilities that could not be articulated on a labor certification?" in your reply...(after a para/statement of what your special unique skills are) ...remember to mention that labor certification requires minimal threshhold qualifications only and it would be impossible for you to articulate (in the LC) your special/unique skills which are in the nations interest. I am not sure if I made myself clear (330 am!!!)...I hope you get the gist.
