HELP *** Talked to IIO and Itseems RFE was generated on My case. RD6/1

Hi,

Few minutes back spoke to IIO about my case and itseems RFE was gererated on my case. But they have not given me the specific reason. They said they will mail me the RFE in couple of weeks.

My case is not complecated at all. Same Employer from the begining, EB2, RIR ,RD 06/01/2001, ND 08/06/2001, country India and State MD.

Any one has any idea about what may be the RFE about??/

May be for a recent pay stub nothing more....don\'t worry.....

after you respond they would approve your case within a week.
 
as far as i know

for my friend it took him 2-3 weeks to get the RFE by mail. i think he got from his lawyer. so keep in touch with your lawyer he might have it maybe within 2weeks.
 
Request for Evidence

RFE is request for evidence - ie. they need more details about the specific item. (eg are u still employed - your paystub and w2 proves it)

This means the INS needs some additional information regarding your case.
 
You should be all right, more???. I think VSC will check everyone in computer industry under the cur

I just saw your posting taking about how many June approvals will come out this week?
Do you think there really will be so many approvals (40) this week?
Can we be so optimistic?
