Help!!! Stuck in Name Check

My wife's I-485 case is still pending, My one was approved on March 8th, 2005. I started a inquiry by Senator Office and Finally found out is the name check is not clear yet. Do you guys know any Senator Office even help to solve this issue??? Instead of e-mail FBI and waiting for another four month, is there any better way to accelerate process??? Thanks guys!

I-140/485 RD:November 05, 2003
Finger Print Done on June 14, 2004.
My I-140/485 Approved on March 8th, 2005.
No RFE. while my wife's case is still pending.
After waiting for two month, I decided to find out what's wrong. I called Senator's Office and they made some phone call to USCIS NSC and find out it is due to name check. Any suggestion?

You are not the only one. There are many more people like you and me are stuck due to name check. Just have patience and you will get approved eventually.
