We (myself and my wife) got our 485 Approved on AUG-04 with RD:MAR-03 EB2 VSC .We did our first FP in May-03 and my wife FP had somple problem reading the prints so they sent her another FP notice to redo the FP's just for her. she did it in Jul-03. After that we got our 140 approval in march-04 and aug-04 485 was approved.
But Yesterday my wife got another FP notice stating that there is Problem with the orignal FP's. And they want her to redo them, but there is another
LINE IN FP STATING, " DISREGARD THIS FP IF YOUR CASE IS APPROVED ".
So Shall I Disregrad it or What are my options???
