Help: still not get EAD 18 days after approval

I applied EAD renewal by myself. On Jun 23, the online status has shown "an approval notice has been mailed out". However, I still did n't get it yet. I didn't change my address during the application processing time. Question: if the EAD was lost in postoffice, how can I do? Will BCIS issue another card? Anybody has similar experience?
