Help! Sticky Situation ..

Hi,

My I-485 is approved, but I changed my employer using EAD, Employment verification letter was provided from previous employer for RFE (at that point of time I was still with him), am I in problem? if so, how do I salvage the situation now? can I use AC-21?? when I changed employer, it was way more than 180 days after filing for I485.

It is not a sticky problem. Just stay with the current employer for some time. If you want, you can just send an AC21 now. But I think not many of them are sending AC21 after Approval. I am one of them.
 
I read in the forums on a discussion "How long to stay with employer after GC is approved" 30-60-90 days periods??? its a on going discussion ...but in my case I have changed employer just before approval, wondering what the repercussion would be??

I hope it makes sense now.

You've practically invoked AC21, though you didn't inform CIS. You are fine, don't send anything now.
