Help..Steps after I-824 approved ?

Hello ,

I am GC holder and I-824 for wife and son was approved at the INS , could someone tell me what do I need to now .They have alreayd faxed the approval to the US embassy in mumbai .

Have your attorneys file the AC I-140 process with Bombay consulate. Research AC I-140 and this will educate you on this process. Once your attorneys have filed AC I-140 process ..you will get the cp interview in about 4 months!
