Help starting an LLC

Hi
I would like to register an LLC. Can you refer me some good sites that will let me register an LLC and get going? Also, since I have never done this before, I am not sure of all the steps involved in registering an LLC and getting the company going. Are there any good web sites that you can recommend?

Also, can you refer me a good CPA also or some web sites that I can find one.
I am based in Texas.

I think we are in the same boat, I too want to start a consulting co. Researched a lot on the same and even talked to a CPA to get more confused. It will be good if we can exchange info on the same.
