Has anyone come across this situation

1. Responded to intent to deny
2. Decision letter for me says "Intent to Deny" has been "overcome", application will be processed further
3. My spouse and son's decision letter says, I-485 has been denied because principal applicant's petition has been denied.

papajohn,

It is sorry to hear that but definitely some problem in their system I guess.

After how long you received decision letters(u and dependents) after replying to NOID? Can you please post your details since we are all in the same boat.

Replied to NOID on Dec-15-05
Decision Dated Jan-05-06

Did your family's case also got denied ?

papajohn,

Replied to NOID on Dec-29-05. After that nothing yet happened other than LUD changed thrice.

Was there any LUD change on your case?

There was one LUD change after I replied. I'm planning to call the service center tommorrow and find out the recourse.

Although U replied to the NOID 15 days before .. they might not have got it in there system... so the subsequent NOID's.
Remember those big long holidays --- where all the GM and FORD employees were basking in the cold for 10 days -- preparing for a massive layoffs..
hmm .. sorry to go off topic..

Ur lawyer should be able to handle this with ease .. send a copy of 'reply to the earlier NOID' too...

keep the thread informed ... what was the NOID on primary about?

Good Luck and happy new year.

Called Service Center

Call the Service center and spoke with a representative and was told that this error will be corrected automatically. I have also written to them, explaining the situation.
