Help..Should I contact Senator for delay

Based on my case detail below, is it good to try to go to senetor's office. I am finding lot of information about how to go to Senator etc through Joyd's Importan Info/Faqs thread. I would like to know, when normally senetor's office will accept my request. Is it based on how much your case is delayed. VSC is processing I140 of October 23rd according to latest update.

I will appericiate any response or reference to other threads.

I guess, I-140 delay could result in concurrent approval for you. :)
 
Since you have completed your finger printing already, you probably getting 140 and 485 approval at the same time according to FO memo. We have already been seeing such approvals...

So keep your fingers crossed and wait for your lucky day.. at the same time, it doesnt hurt to contact the senetor as well.. Update us with more information when you hear back from them.

It will be a year next week since I applied my I-140, so I am also planning to contact the senetor sometime next week.. Lets see what happens..

I am planning to contact senator/congressman in Boston area. Can I just request through both senators and congress man of the area or should it only be done by one of them.

Anybody has experience applying both senator and congressman?
 
I am in same boat, pls advise

My I-140 ND is May 20, 2003 and I-485 ND is Jul 25, 2003 BUT no FP yet.

Please advise what I should do. Please share any experience with NY senetor.
