Help!!! Rule for Transfer?

Hi folks,

I wish to know the rule for 485 transfer to local office? I live in California for past 4 1/2 years, filed 485 at CSC (10/02), it got transfered to VSC 'coz they said VSC had my file or jurisdiction blah blah, my 2nd EAD got approved from VSC in Feb '04, 2FP on 07/04 got RFE on Aug 5th, yet to receive. After I reply to this RFE, do you think my case will directly get approved or be transfered to a local office???

Strange why your case got transferred to VSC? Did you verify your address? Did by any chance you they got confused between your address and someone's address?
VSC is still faster then CSC.
