Help-- RFE notice returned back to INS

Hello,

One of my friends RFE notice for 485 went back to INS. At the time of filing 485, his employer had different lawyer. Last year, his employer changed the lawyer. That time , according to him and lawyer, G28 was filled. But looks like INS did not updated Attornies address. He ( Friend) never moved /changed his home address. He used to get all correspondance to his home address. Stupid lawyer did not verified after filing G28.

Lawyer did contacted to INS and requested them to change Address of Attorny on file and also requested to re-send the notice to new address. He also re-send the G28.

My friend wants to know, is there anything he can do to expediate to get to know the contents of RFE?

Any body has such kind of experience?

you can call 1-800-375-5283 and ask the Rep. they might tell you what the RFE is about and ask them if they can s end the another copy to your friends new attorney or his home address.
