Hi,
I got an RFE for birth certificate or 2 affidavits, emp letter, last 3 pay stubs, 1999 w-2 and Tax statement. I had submitted birth certificate issued by the Indian consulate as the original birth certificate does not have my name on it. My parents are here so is it OK to get affidavits from them alone and not worry about B.C. Do I also have to get non-availability certificate from the corporation. I would appreciate all your help.
