My husband and I submitted our I-485 8/3/01, We both did fingerprint on 11/01. Last week, we finally heard from INS. They need RFE for my husband (three months pay stubs, tax return 2001, w2 2001) and send me the fingerprint Notification, said FBI was unable to process my fingerprint card. I am worried. Anybody had or heard the similar situation? Why my first fingerprint is not good? What if I fail the second one again? Are they going to approval my husband's case first? He is the primary applicant.
