Help, RFE and change of address,

I got a RFE for my I-140 and I am now ready to send all require evidence to INS. This is self-petition case, so the address is my apartment address.

Now I moved and I already sent AR11 to the INS. I am not sure how to change the address for my I140 petition. ????

Hi,

There is a typos in my I140 Receipt and only the petitioner, which is also my company lawyer can make changes. INS doesn't allow the beneficiary to call INS to ask anything regarding I-140 petition.

Also, I just recently changed my address, and my lawyer has to inform INS directly. Besides that, I have to file AR11. So, I guess you really have to contact your I140 Petitioner to make changes on your I-140 form.
