My parents are GC (Family based) Holders. I've recently got my H1B visa. Can my parents file a petition for me and my married brother for Family based visa?
Also, I am a single. Would It change my status If I get married?

Green Card holders cannot apply for married children. So yes, if you got married they would not be able to petition for you. And since your brother is married already they cannot petition for him.
