One of my friend is getting sepearted after 2 years of marriage. She is going back to India for good and they both are planning to file divorce back home. Does anyone know if it is necessary to cancel her H4(Spouse Visa) or does he have to write a letter to INS? Is there anything else with regards to Immigration issues he needs to worry about? Any help is greatly appreciated. JoeF and AmericanWannabe seems to more Knowledgeable about immigration issues. Please find time to respond even though it is not related to any Green Card Process
