Hi,

I need some personal advice.

I am on a H1 visa and the company has got my labor cleared and would be applying for I140 shortly.

My wife is pregnant and is on a H4 visa. We plan to have her delivery in India. Will this cause any problems in the GC process.

I plan to bring her back in december to US. How shall we plan the things regarding paperwork.

Your advice will be tremendously helpful.

It is not a problem from the GC processing point of view. Please make sure that your family joins you ahead of I-485 filing. Additionally, the newborn needs a passport and can obtain a H-4 stamp at U.S. consulate.
