My employer filed a GC for me and labor is done. Now the company has been taken over by another and the new employer refuses go ahead with it. What are my options except for changing my employer and starting the whole process again ?
Sorry to say but i had the same problem.The Labor certification is good only for the corporation that you are applying for.Sounds crazy but that is the way it is.Game over my friend.You have to find another place and start all over again.Good luck and sorry for the bad news.
