Hi all,
I am planning to bring my in-laws with visitor visa. I have a question about documents.
My H1B Visa/I94 expired on Dec 26th 2004 and I applied my 7th year extesion, but it is pending. One more thing is that I have valid EAD and AP.
Can you any one has experienced this kind of problem or it it okay I send the copies of I485 reciept, EAD, AP copies and H1 reciept copy.
