Help requested regarding address change

Hi,
Any one of you who are aquainted with this please do give your valuable suggestions.
In the case of address change, do we need to send two AR-11 forms, both for the primary applicant and the dependant or just the primary applicant is sufficient . If it is two AR-11 forms, do we need to send separately in two envolopes or can we send the two forms together.
Is there any problem in travelling aborad after submitting the address change forms.
Any valuable suggestions regarding this are thankful

what is the VSC phone number for address change? 802-527-4913?

Which phone number will I need to call to change the address? is it the same number to get automated status check, i.e., 802-527-4913??

I spoke to NSC(1-800-375-5283) and I was asked to mail a letter & AR11 to both the address in the form AND to VSC!!!
