help regarding new form for adjustment of status

Hi,

I am planning to apply for adjustment of status for my parents.

Can anyone help me in understanding-whether I need 2 864EZ forms( one for each parent) or I have to send 864( ineligible to file 864EZ as I am sponsoring 2 persons).
