I took an infopass today to check where my case is stuck. Do you think it's really going to help. My PD is current but the processing time at VSC is still Mar. 2006 and I filed my I-485 in June 2006. I got an RFE on the case in September, to which I replied on Oct. 4, 2006. Got an LUD and message change on Oct. 15, 2006 saying, "we received your response to RFE....". In Nov. 2006, I saw another LUD on my wife's case, without any message change. I believe maybe they received my wife's name check clearance at that time. I have no idea what happened to my case.
Is the immigration officer (Newark Center) going to give me some information, even though my processing date is not current?
Can anyone give me any information on how to get the information through FOIPA?
Also should I contact Mrs. Bush to expedite the case?
