I am on F2 visa. I am applying for change of status to F1. my husband is on F1 (OPT).Want to know is there any chances of any issue at the consulate during stamping(at Canada)?? one more thing I have applied for H1b but my application did not get through lottery.so is there any chance that goes into my file I mean does visa-interviewer by any chance knows I have applied for immigration visa earlier??
