Help-->Primary Name Check Cleared, Dependent still pending

Hello Gurus,
Can you please let me know what will happen in case when Name Check of Primary Case is cleared but dependent one is still pending. I came to know about this from InfoPass appointment today.

I filed both my and wife case in Sep 2004. My PD will become current on June 1 2007. Can you please guide me what USCIS will do once PD becomes current.

Is there any way I can get Name CHeck expedited for my Wife.
