Hello Visnaga, (In care of) is the name of the person who will recieve your mail for you if you are not the one that is going to recieve it personally. but if you are the one to receive the mail, there is no need filling the space. just leave it blank and write your mailing address.

so if I live in that address with my parents I leave it blank.
ALso one more question:
the address line 1 blank isnot enough so what I have to do?
Also what is the difference between the address line 1 and 2?
If you live with your parents in the same address, leave it blank.
Secondly, if the 1st address line is not enough, continue on the 2nd line.

I know it is sily but what is the District/County/Province/State blank should be filled with if I am in Egypt?
You should write your governorate's name in the "Province" field.. For example, Dakahlia, Kalyoubeya, Sharkia
